This fund supports programs that have been proven to close achievement/opportunity gaps for under-served students so they can stay in school and graduate from 新加坡六合彩开奖.
This scholarship is intended for current 新加坡六合彩开奖 students who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ and who have lost financial assistance from their parents upon disclosing their sexual orientation or gender identity. The scholarship was named after Massachusetts representative Barney Frank in honor of his advocacy for GLBT individuals.
